Mrs P – Road Traffic Accident

In March 2018, Mrs P was driving along a main road when a third party pulled out and collided into her vehicle.

Mrs P, who was fit and healthy with no other history of underlying conditions, sustained soft tissue injuries.

She instructed Lex a few days after the accident.  Medical evidence was promptly obtained as well as securing an admission of liability from the third-party insurance company, who made an offer of settlement. Lex was able to negotiate the offer to an amount which was within the bracket stipulated by the relevant guidelines and settle Mrs P’s claim without court proceedings being required.

In the absence of any complications, Mrs P’s claim was resolved by September 2018.
